Benefits to Host Organizations

For U.S. Organizations (nonprofits, foundations, for-profits and government agencies) the Benefits of partnering far outweigh the Responsibilities. Here is a snapshot of the arrangement.
Benefits Responsibilities
A full time volunteer with 3-10 years of relevant experience. Cost Share (approximately $27,000 - 30,000, depending on location)
A Fellow fluent in written and spoken English. Provide a workspace (desk, phone, computer, etc.)
A Fellow who will arrive with one week advanced orientation. Provide daily management.
A Fellow with health care and other benefits already covered. Provide meaningful work opportunities.
A Fellow who is a leader in their field in their home country. Provide professional development opportunities.
Access to a network of similar Fellows around the world. Attend a 1-day orientation on partnering with Atlas Corps
Access to a network of overseas nonprofit organization to partner and collaborate with on global initiatives.  
Access to a growing knowledge library of best practices around the world.
