Build Capacity, Host a Global Professional

Atlas Corps connects leading social change organizations with experienced changemakers from around the world for a yearlong fellowship designed to strengthen organizations, foster innovation and develop leaders. Currently, we seek potential Host Organizations to interview our amazing candidates for potential engagement starting in January, May, or September. Atlas Corps can connect your organization with a world of talent. Highlights of being involved in the Atlas Corps network:

  • Engage some of the most talented leaders in the world. Atlas Corps Fellows are leaders in their home country, fluent in English and hold a bachelor's degree at minimum (65% hold post-grad degrees). They all have 2-10 years of professional experience in a variety of skill and issue areas. Last year, more than 2,000 people apply for 50 positions (a 2.5% acceptance rate).
  • Join some of the best organizations in hosting a Fellow. Our Host Organizations include: Ashoka, Acumen, CARE, Habitat for Humanity, McKinsey, the Grameen Foundation, Oxfam, UNICEF, UN Foundation, Points of Light, WWF, Peace Corps, the Special Olympics and many more have engaged Atlas Corps Fellows as a key component of their talent management strategy to expand capacity in growing areas and diversify their teams with added global perspective.
  • Streamline recruitment efforts to bring talented, diverse perspective to your team. Atlas Corps coordinates all logistics including visas, travel, insurance, stipend disbursement, and professional development. Host Organizations provide a meaningful opportunity for the Fellow to advance their mission and contribute an up to $30,000 cost share (there are also some special collaboration opportunities) to cover a portion of program expenses. There is no administrative HR or accounting burden for the organization. The $30,000 cost-share is roughly half the cost of direct hire of the same caliber.

Consider a Fellow from any country in the world!
Now is a great time to consider partnering with Atlas Corps. We have finalists from more than 130 countries ready to be interviewed by your organization. You tell us what you are looking for in a Fellow and our Partnerships Team will find the best match for you in our large and diverse talent pool. Additionally, we currently have a number of special funding opportunities thanks to a partnership with the U.S. Department of State that allows us to place leaders from certain countries, such as Sudan or Pakistan, at a reduced cost-share.
