‘Leadership Speaks Feminine’ is the forum that was held on March 15, 17: 00-19: 00, at the University College BEDER, as a result of the cooperation between the two youth NGOs AIESEC Albania and the Leadership Development Association Albania & Kosovo.
Participation in this forum was FREE and at the end of it, participants were provided with a certificate of participation.
This forum purpose was to promote leadership through successful women, to encourage gender equality as part of the UN Sustainable Development Platform, as well as to inform young people about youth exchange opportunities or engagement in the voluntary activity of each non-governmental organization organizer.

This event was moderated by the executive director of LDA Albania & Kosova Rikela Fusha, as well as the representative of AIESEC, Aleksandra Koreta.

The agenda of this activity was divided into 3 sessions:

1. Women of Albanian values (Invited were 3 women with inspirational leadership history)

In the ‘Leadership Feminine’ forum were invited 3 women, who have contributed to the improvement of the Albanian society through their professional and social impact.

At the first session of this event were invited Edlira Cepani, Ermira Pirdeni, and Entela Binjaku, who motivated an audience of nearly 150 participants. They shared their experiences, challenges, and invited the audience to ask questions or comments, creating an interactive environment.

2. Youth Exchange Opportunities & Strengthening Youth Capacity (AIESEC Staff & LDA Albania)

The second session consisted of promoting the activities and opportunities that LDA & AIESEC organizations offer to young people.
3. Interactive session with the audience (Workshop)

The third and interactive part was a quiz on the women’s world that was moderated by the collaboration of Rikela Fusha (moderator), Erlini Kokalla and Arlinda Rexhmati (assistant), Gesara Halili (Observer). The audience was divided into two groups, and finally of the questions, resulted in the same number of points.
