Full-Time Positions


With ambitious goals for growth over the next two years, Atlas Corps seeks an experienced, accounting professional with their own ambitious growth goals to join our team as the Controller. This is a perfect position for an achievement-oriented, self-starter who is willing to work hard towards accelerated professional and organizational growth goals. Our new Controller will have 5 to 8 years experience in nonprofit accounting, ideally with a strong background in federal grants management and GAAP compliance. The Controller could also be a retired private or government sector individual seeking an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing nonprofit organization. We are open to all candidates who meet the skills requirement and are willing to work within the salary constraints. The Controller leads all day-to-day accounting operations with functional responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration. Importantly for an organization growing out of the start-up phase, the Controller maintaines the systems and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and federal grants management standards, and flawless audits. The professional in this position will prepare reports and maintain open and ongoing communication with the executive team and will work collaboratively with other department heads.
