With ambitious goals for growth over the next two years, Atlas Corps seeks an experienced, mid-career finance professional with their own ambitious growth goals to join our team for a two-year tour starting as Finance Director. This is a perfect position for an achievement-oriented, self-starter who is willing to work hard towards accelerated professional and organizational growth goals. We expect that our team will grow with the organization, and imagine our new Finance Director growing into the Executive Team as the CFO of the organization within two years. The Partnerships Manager is an energetic, organized individual with sales experience, partnership building skills and inter-cultural competency that will join our team and manage partnership development aspects of our program. The primary focus of this position is developing new partnerships with social change organizations across the United States to add to our existing roster or Host Organizations. The Partnership Manager is a member of the Partnerships Team composed of a Partnerships Director who cultivates new partners, stewards current partners and helps shape the Host Organization recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer who leads the partnerships team, stewards existing Host Organizations, and cultivates larger strategic partnership.
