Change your perspective. Change the world. Atlas Corps connects leading social change organizations with rising nonprofit leaders from around the world for a yearlong, professional Fellowship that transforms the perspectives of both Fellows and Host Organizations. Through the Fellowship, Atlas Corps is developing leaders, strengthening organizations and fostering innovation in order to address critical social issues across the globe.
Program & Development Associate
Atlas Corps seeks an internationally-minded, detail and process-oriented, team-player with excellent writing skills and social media savvy to join Atlas Corps as a Associate for a full-time position supporting our fellowship program and development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a diverse nonprofit skillset and learn how a social enterprise grows from multiple perspectives. Due to State Department requirements for J-1 visa sponsors, a U.S. citizen must fill this role. The purpose of this role is to significantly expand Atlas Corps' capacity in two primary areas: to leverage and engage the organization's supporters; and to streamline and enhance fellowship applicants' vetting and pre-arrival experience. The key responsibilities of this role include social media and event coordination, database management, applicant vetting and visa processing.
