Through the Fellowship, Atlas Corps is developing leaders, strengthening organizations and fostering innovation in order to address critical social issues across the globe.

Program Associate

Atlas Corps seeks an internationally-minded, detail and process-oriented, team-player with customer service acumen, volunteer management experience and social media savvy to join Atlas Corps as a Program Associate for a full-time position. The Program Associate is a professional with experience or interest in program and volunteer management, with the skills or aptitude to provide professional, social and operation support to international Fellows. The purpose of this role is to significantly expand Atlas Corps capacity to vet several thousand fellowship applications annually by engaging volunteers, and improve the experience of Fellows by providing superior support services. The key responsibilities of this role include volunteer management and Fellow support. The Program Associate will report to the Program Director.
