Compartamos con Colombia seeks an Atlas Corps Fellow from the United States, to work as a Capacity Building Associate in Bogotá, Colombia About Compartamos con Colombia-CCC: CCC (www.compartamos.org) is a non profit organization that gives institutional support to high impact social initiatives, with the purpose of increasing their effectiveness and viability. Although CCC does not give financial support to the organizations or projects it helps, it plays a key role in the implementation of strategies and entrepreneurial practices so that the initiatives that it supports will reach their full potential. Profile and Role, Capacity Building Associate: CCC is looking for a proactive, analytical and hard working individual that has leadership and team working skills. The candidate must have at least three years of relevant experience, be fluent in Spanish, both written and oral, have at least a bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s or post graduate studies. The candidate will be responsible for working in a team and developing strategies practices that will enhance the efficiency of the organizations and projects that CCC works with. The Capacity Building Associate main mission and responsibilities will be to: - Design and asses the implementation of capacity building strategies on organizations, entrepreneurial initiatives and social responsibility strategies - Support CCC in the formulation of strategies that will make the social initiatives that CCC works with more effective and efficient Qualifications: Academic Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers. - Master’s degree or graduate studies (preferred) - Fluent Spanish, both oral and written Work Experience: - 3-8 years work experience with NGOs that work in social responsibility, project management or similar topics. ( preferred) Or - Work experience in the implementation of business strategies or entrepreneurial social responsibility. Other: - Vocation to social service - Goal-oriented - Proactive and efficient attitude - Good personal relationships and communication abilities.
