About GlobalGiving GlobalGiving was founded by two former World Bank executives who decided to use the Internet to create a highly efficient marketplace. The GlobalGiving platform enables more funding to reach projects throughout the globe, and, at the same time, provides a more transparent, engaging way for donors to give. Scope of Work: The Fellow will help GlobalGiving in the development of services for our Project Leaders. GlobalGiving’s goal is to attract and retain the best project leaders. As such, we make available a series of learning tools, market data, and other services to the organizations in an effort to ensure their success in the marketplace, including a website dedicated to the needs of project organizations. We would like the Fellow to help us in the improvement of our tools and services and the creation of new services. The platform which will house these tools and services is GGConnect, www.ggconnect.org Qualifications: GlobalGiving would like a Fellow who has good field experience working in diverse type of international NGOs, meaning small community-based groups, and larger international groups. This is important as our project leaders come from a variety of groups. Candidates must have 3-8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and speak and write English fluently.
