Volunteer Opportunities

Don't sit back wondering how you can make a difference. Lend a hand to this exciting, growing organization. Whether you have ten hours a week or ten hours a year, we could use your help, no matter where you are located. Here are some of our opportunities ...

Local Ambassador: (http://bit.ly/sponsorvol) A social sponsor is a friend to the Fellow during their year here.We ask that social sponsors invite them to networking events, inform them about life in DC, and check in with their Fellow once a month via email, phone, coffee, etc. This is a great opportunity to get to know an amazing nonprofit leader from another part of the world and help them to feel at home in a new city. If you are interested in being a Social Sponsor for our incoming Spring 2011 class, please fill out this short interest form: http://bit.ly/sponsorvol

Nominator Network: (http://bit.ly/nomnetwork) Join our Nominator Network to help us find qualified individuals to apply for an Atlas Corps Fellowship. Nominators will receive emails during our two application cycles and will be asked to spread the word about the Fellowship opportunity to their own networks. This is a great way to assist both Atlas Corps and your colleagues overseas. If you are interested in being part of our Nominator Network, please fill out this short form: http://bit.ly/nomnetwork.
